Location, staff and rooms, everything was good.

I left some stuff at the room while I checked out. Later, I tried to find their number, that is not correct on booking.com. There is no email provided even.

The staff were super friendly and welcoming . The room was really nice and comfortable. Also given its location and proximity of a couple of steps to the free shuttle makes a great catch for that price, especially that some places just across the street are priced to upto triple . It just takes a few minutes to be at the Kabba gates. It's great value for money

Near to Haram, shuttle service, car parking & clean hotel.

Its good place to stay . If you are okay with shuttle service then you can stay in this hotel. The shuttle will drop you in haram Al Salam gate (gate no 21). But if you need to reach GF for umrah or tawaf then you should walk until gate 79.

Bathroom size is small and no good restaurents nearby for food (Indian /south indian) .

Only one towel in the bathroom Network not very good in our bedroom. No ustensile in the kitchen. No coffee and tea bags in the room

Housekeeping is prompt, taxi available to Haram, good lounge, bell boy Hassan is very helpful, many lifts so not crowded, masjid is available at S floor but no proper imam, bus available to Haram, big masjid just 100 meter away with good imam, shower is strong at 3rd floor, room provided with tea and kettle.

Wi-Fi in the room is not stable...internet not accessible even though connected to AP. The bandwidth to service provider is small. No staff available to check out at 2pm. This happenned twice

they said on their site and also on booking.com that they has wifi service and its very very poor , all remote control for Tv Screen are not working the chairs in the Room are very dirty and in corridor also , there no room service to clean the room everyday in the morning

The bell boy Hassan is very helpful during check-in. Taxi is easy to get to haram...many lifts available. Near many shops.

WiFi in the room is weak... shower is not hot at all...my children shivers while taking bath...

Location, cleanliness.

I was charged 109 SAR, the booking confirmation states 99 SAR. The hotel said there is 10% tax not included in the booking price. As far as I know the VAT tax is Saudi Arabia is 5% rather than 10%.

the hotel is good and cheap via the price, no much people there , little quit , clean , furniture was good , building is new , and very simple process for check in and out , Its very fair comparing to the price

room is very small, no window view (window open in shaft), many dark areas in the hotel since there was no more costumer, no free parking, very far from Alharm (needs taxi 10 to 15 SAR).

Strong wifi in the room, good bell boy to assist in check in and check out, plenty taxi to go to haram, near local masjid, many shops and restaurant around the area, hotel receptionist is generous to upgrade room, good hospitality, bed is good, air conditioning is quite and cool, housekeeping maintain room, good coffee and tea in room, hotel near saptco bus station which stops 50m from masjid haram.

No private parking

Location, easy access to haram by taxi 10 riyals, or saptco bus 3 riyals (accross the road, access by pedestrian underpass). ..

Small rooms. WiFi very very bad.. poor ventilation.. No coffee shop. No restaurant open on same side of the road

- the facilities and the aisels were clean regardless the rockroches which i found in the bathroom which i understand consedering the big numbers of Hajeest. - The check-in and check-out was very fast specially if you reserve from booking. - good location near the bus stop tooks only 5 minutes to reach Al haram from the side of safa & marwa

- very small room for 4 beds - No cups, No tea coffee stuffs, No dishes, No water boiler, No spoons, No forks, No knives, No Towels, No bathroom item except low quality of shampoo and soap, No iron, No extra covers or cushions, - Matress was good and clean but the bed was small and noisy - smell all kind of meals in the corridors, most of the occupied room has an opened door, with very noisy neighbords while the hotel was calm - The hotel seems clean and rooms seems to be tidy but i found some cockroches over the bathroom and under my bed - You have 18 floors even there were 6 lifts but you still need to spend couple of minutes going up and down time when the hotel is full - Parking issue even there was one but you need to beep many time so somebody open the shelter door and if you are unlucky you will find cars blocking the exist. - never seen any room cleaner or some body who should at least pick up the garbadge or clean the trash as i was desperate that somebody arrange my room - the phone was broken so you need to get down to complete your needs. - Day of my check out the receiption staff came and knock the door at 7 ocklock morning for only to know if i will leave today or no, imagine my reaction - Regardless the benefit in this hotel...bad experience for never repeat, they should revise the 4 stars.

Location is good if you use the bus or taxi to Masjid Al-Haram

To much high room rate during Holy Ramadan month. The amount was deducted without entering the Credit Card CVC number. Afraid that the credit card number may be misused later.
